To combine the need for quality, taste, and the short time (which characterize the frenzy of our time) Verrigni presents to his friends his new “spaghetti AL VOLO”!

Last year, our friend Ettore Bocchia – admirer of our ​​pasta – in the splendid setting of Villa Serbelloni Bellagio – had inspired this new jewel of Verrigni and finally after a careful and detailed research is born the spaghetti ready in just 3 minutes.

The aim is not to sacrifice the taste bud pursuing the need to meet a high-class restaurants serving brunch but sometimes fast and “numerous”, a piece of spaghetti that allows to satisfy the many fans of pasta without compromising the high level of Abruzzo pasta.

Raw material always and only Italian, a clever drawing in bronze and slow drying like the spaghettoro Verrigni and all formats of the company, but a little secret that apparently seems negligible but allows a better permeation of water and then cooking becomes magically faster!

To present this new creature together with Verrigni will be the friend and chef Marcello Spadone owner of the restaurant La Bandiera, Michelin star, great figure of our culinary landscape that will demonstrate the features and not only in cooking, giving even more clarification on opportunities for use.

The press conference with taste of the new product will take place on September 30 at 18.00 at the temporary store Verrigni in Piazza della Rinascita 21 in Pescara.
